James C. Peck
Mr. Peck received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and his law degree from Oklahoma City University. Additionally, he is a graduate of the United States Army Judge Advocate General's School.
Mr. Peck's practice includes frequent representation in matters that involve complex marital estates and significant assets. He is frequently retained in cases where one spouse has hidden assets or concealed income either during the divorce proceedings or after the decree has been entered. He maintains his status as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, Emeritus.
Mr. Peck has been admitted to the following:

The Eastern District Federal Court of Oklahoma.
The Northern District Federal Court of Oklahoma.
The Western District Federal Court of Oklahoma.
The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to starting the firm of Peck and Morgan, Mr. Peck practiced in three other law firms in Oklahoma City. He has served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oklahoma in both civil law and criminal prosecutions. He worked for the Oklahoma Legislative Council drafting legislation for introduction into the Oklahoma Legislature. Mr. Peck was Senior Litigation Counsel for Kerr-McGee Corporation and participated in numerous matters of complex litigation. For ten years he served as a Special Judge for the City of Oklahoma City. He was an Infantry Officer in the Oklahoma Army National Guard and was a J.A.G. officer in the U.S. Army Reserve.
Judith L. Morgan
Ms. Morgan has been admitted to practice in the Oklahoma Supreme Court and all Oklahoma District Courts, as well as the Western District of Oklahoma. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Her practice is primarily focused on Estate Planning, Trust Creation, Probate, Guardianship, Elder Law and Domestic Law. Ms. Morgan is a member of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section as well as the Family Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Ms. Morgan was born and raised in Oklahoma City, graduating from Putnam City North High School. She attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received her Juris Doctor in 2010. During her time in law school, she served as Chief Counsel for the OU Legal Clinic and was a member of the Dean’s Honor Roll. She was also selected to compete in interscholastic oral advocacy competitions. Ms. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma.
